Mortgage Backed Securities are enjoying a good day at the expense of stocks. The average price of gas now stands at $2.74 per gallon after Crude oil recently hit a 14 month high and currently stands at $81.62 per barrel. Crude oil lower this morning on a firmer dollar and forecasts for moderating temperatures. All financial markets remain volatile and traders are eager to sell what appears to be a risky investment.
