Alert To Lock:


After a decent day yesterday Mortgage Backed Securities are down this morning. Stocks are slightly up. A firmer dollar and larger stock piles of Crude Oil have Crude prices down over $2.00 per Barrel now at $78.78 per Barrel. There was a devastating earthquake in Haiti overnight. The CEOs of Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan Chase are on Capitol Hill testifying as to how the financial crisis happened. These companies have recently posted enormous profits, so it will be interesting to see how the Senate questioning goes.
