Alert to Lock:


Mortgage Backed Securities and Stocks have had action all morning but are now trading near unchanged levels. Crude oil is down for the first time in ten sessions on a strengthening US Dollar. Most traders are concerned about the employment and nonfarm payroll numbers due out tomorrow and this is what is leading to our recommendation to lock today. Most of Florida’s citrus crops have escaped damage after experiencing the coldest winter since 2000.
