Mortgage Backed Securities are trading near unchanged levels, thanks to tame consumer inflation data. Stocks are up nicely so far this morning and Crude Oil unchanged at $79.88. Fannie Mae is requesting an additional 15 Billion from the Treasury after losing $74 billion in 2009.
