Cautiously Floating:
Light trading day on the NYSE as a huge snowstorm blankets the area. Stocks up slightly - Mortgage Backed Securities are off highs for the session. Crude oil at $79.67/barrel up $1.50 on weakness in the dollar.  Fed's Evans says interest rates will remain low for an extended period of time. Says that theFed purchases of MBS will continue to support the market even after they stop buying given all of the liquidity measures the Fed has put forth.
