Very Cautiously Floating:
Mortgage Backed Securities are up this morning but way off there highs earlier in the session. Oil prices falling today as the dollar gains some strength. Oil down $2.50 a barrel now at $68.00. Stocks down this morning as well. currently stocks are down 140 as traders are taking profits and squaring there positions for the week.
