Cautiously Floating:
Every one is happy at the moment in the financial world. Stocks are up, Mortgage Backed Securities are up, pointing to lower interest rates. The Treasure auction went reasonably well today and received a A- rating. ( Its all Good!!!) That why we say cautiously floating because thing's remain very volatile and this happy momentum wont last long enough.
