Mortgage Backed Securities are enjoying a good day for a change. After being down earlier in the trading session MBS have had a nice little rally this afternoon. Treasuries are having a good day as well as a ruling goes against the Health-Care plan and eases deficit concerns. Crude oil is up again today @ $88.33 per barrel.
