Mortgage Backed Securities spent most of the session in negative territory pushed lower by a better than expected ISM Manufacturing Index and as investors sought to take some profits ahead of this week's big events, which include tomorrow's midterm elections. Stock markets had a roller coaster day spending most of the session in positive territory then falling into the red then closing slightly higher at 4:00pm ET. The Dow rose 6.13 to 11,124.62. Crude Oil was a winner today higher by $1.52 to $82.95/barrel as the dollar was weaker throughout most of the session before ending near flat. There are no economic reports due for release tomorrow. The Fed kicks off its 2-day FOMC meeting tomorrow with the statement to be delivered at 2:15pm ET.
