Mortgage Backed Securities have had a volatile session so far today. MBS’s were up big earlier in the session but have since moved to negative territory. Treasury auction today garner’s a -C- rating and that has stalled the markets. Both Stocks and Crude Oil are near unchanged levels on the day.
