Rate Watch 9-22-2010

Carefully Floating:
Mortgage Backed Securities are trading higher and following through on yesterday's post-Fed Announcement rally as the statement was clearly more downbeat on the economy. The Fed made no change to interest rates and the "extended period" language was kept in place. There were no economic reports released today. Stocks are in negative territory so far today and Crude oil is down @ $74.42. Gold is soaring again today at record high levels of $ $1,294 per ounce.
