Mortgage Backed Securities fell today after economic data beat expectations and on solid earnings and manufacturing reports from overseas. The major Stock indexes soared today on the positive news as the Dow rose 208.44 to 10,674.38, the Nasdaq gained 40.66 to 2,295.36, while the S&P 500 Index jumped 24.26 to 1,125.86.
