Rate Watch 6-29-2010

Carefully Floating:
Mortgage Backed Securities are being boosted this morning by bad economic news around the globe – including union strikes in Greece and Spain and concerns over the overall condition of European Banks. And China's is in the news today with concerns about China’s lending practices. Additionally today Consumer Confidence numbers came in well below expectations the report highlighting public concern about the overall economy and job market. Crude Oil is down $2.53 @ $75.74 today on the notion that global demand will ease. Stocks are down 260 points so far in today’s session and the Dow is at 9,883.
