Cautiously Floating:
Mortgage Backed Securities are near unchanged levels so far this morning. Stocks are up big on new the news that Greek default may be averted. Crude Oil is higher @ $84.33 this morning. The FED’s Lacker says that low interest rates are appropriate for now and that the low inflation environment is supportive of Mortgage Backed Securities prices and levels.
