Mortgage Backed Securities are down this morning. Renewed fears about Euro debt problems weighing on all the financial markets. The financial markets will be closed on Friday 4-2-2010 for Good Friday. The Home Price Index shows a monthly rise on the seasonally adjusted basis for January. There are still plenty of good deals to be had in the market place and with the current tax incentives and low interest rates it makes now a great time to purchase a new property.
