Rate Watch 3-22-2010

Cautiously Floating:
Mortgage Backed Securities are up this morning in seesaw like trading. Stocks opened lower but are near unchanged levels and Crude Oil is down slightly, pairing earlier losses as the Green Back strengthens. Over night the House of Representatives’ passed the highly debated Health Care Reform Act. So far the markets are unsure how to react. This could mean big profits for some companies and big losses for others depending on how they are positioned. No economic reports scheduled today.
