Cautiously Floating:
Mortgage Backed Securities are up this morning on news that China will tighten its bank lending guidelines to slow the country's economic growth and stave off inflation. Stocks around the globe didn't like the news and the DOW is currently off over 100 points after a decent week of trading. The Stock and Bond Markets will be closed on Monday for Presidents Day. The Dollar is strong today against all major currencies. Crude Oil is down $2 @ 73.25 on the strength of the US Dollar.
