2010 Home Purchase Tax Credits

Time is running out to get the $8,000.00 tax credit. In order to receive the credit your new home has to be under contract by April 30, 2010 and close by June 30, 2010. With this new round of credit's the income limits have been raised to allow more people to qualify.
A $6,500.00 credit is also available to move-up buyers. Defined as someone who has lived in their primary residence for 5 out of the last 8 years. You do not have to sell your current home to qualify! Time period eligible is same at the "First Time Home Buyer"
