Rate Watch 12-28-2009

Alert to Lock:
Mortgage Backed Securities are trading significantly lower once again this morning. There are no economic reports due out today, and in fact, the entire week is fairly slow with only a handful of reports scheduled for release. With the holiday week potentially thinning out demand even further, the week's auctions could cause even more volatility than normal in the financial markets. Crude Oil, Stocks and Gold are all trading slightly higher this morning but remain pretty quite.
