Rate Watch 12-2-2009

Alert to Lock:
Mortgage Backed Securities are lower this morning, adding to yesterday's sell-off. Stocks hit their highs of the year yesterday. Gold hits another high currently at $1217 per Troy Ounce. Us dollar up against major currencies and Crude Oil is lower at $76.77 per barrel.

The ADP Employment Report showed a loss of 169,000 private sector jobs in November. This was the least amount of job losses they have reported since July 2008, but it does mark 22 consecutive months of jobs lost. The labor markets continue to show weakness.
