Rate Watch 10-6-2009

Cautiously Floating: 
Stocks enjoying a good day and ended the day up $131.  Crude oil was up today and ended the day at $70.31.  Mortgage Backed Securities ended the day down 9 ticks after trading in a narrow range all day.  The record  treasury auction had a C+ rating and that caused stocks to go up and MBS to slide slightly.  If you or someone you know is considering buying, selling or refinancing please contact me at 801 668 2112.
