Cautiously Floating:
Mortgage Backed Securities near unchanged levels this morning after a three day weekend. Oil up this morning at $71 per barrel as the dollar weakens against major currencies. Gold up this morning @ $1000. per troy ounce. The Stock Market Rally this morning has fizzled and is near unchanged levels.
