Cautiously Floating:
Mortgage Backed Securities and Stocks are clinging to modest gains this morning as the Federal Reserve continues to sell treasuries at an extraordinary rate. Today's Auction is receiving a "B" From CNBC's Santelli. Crude Oil up this morning on weaker Dollar. The Federal Open Market Committee Meetings starts tomorrow for it's two day conference to discuss among other the direction of interest rates.
