Mortgage Backed Securities up slightly today. Stocks flip flop between gains and losses on the day. Federal Open Market Meeting minutes released today. Fed more confident about economic recovery. Fed still concerned about job creation. Fed says that consumer spending remains cautious and way to early to declare victory over the countries economic problems.
