Mortgage Backed Securities and Stocks near unchanged levels this morning. Crude Oil is falling this morning @ $68.68 as the driving season comes to an end and supply outweighs demand. Stocks and Treasury Bonds under pressure as the trade dispute with China continues and president Obama places a tariff on Chinese Tire Imports to help stabilize the tire industry in the USA.
