Cautiously Floating:
Mortgage Backed Securities continue to bounce around between a ceiling of resistance and a floor of support. MBS are unchanged on the day. Stocks are near unchanged levels. Crude oil is slightly higher this morning @$72.91 per barrel. Inflation is tame as reported today with Personal Income numbers as well as Personal Spending reported today.
