Cautiously Floating:
After opening sharply higher today, Mortgage Bonds have lost some of their early gains but are still in positive territory. the Stock Markets are falling after another sharp sell off in Asia, which saw the Chinese Stock market lose 4.3% overnight and down 20% in the past few weeks. Crude oil prices higher this morning after the inventory reports show lower reserves than anticipated. Crude at $70.81 per barrel this morning.
