Alert to Lock:
Swine flu still weighing on the financial markets. The Wall Street Journal reports B of A and Citigroup may need more capital than origionally anticipated. Late yesterday the World Health Organization raised the alert level to Phase 4 from 3 on a scale from 1 to 6. Oil lower this morning at $49.27/barrel. Stocks mixed this morning with the DOW unchanged.
