Alert to Lock:
Oil remains unchanged at $48.50 per barrel. Stock market remains unchanged this morning so far. There are no major economic releases scheduled for today. The government reported yesterday that the rate of economic problems was decreasing and that banks were well capitalized and the credit markets were returning to some resemblance or normalcy.
