Cautiously Floating:
Stocks are flat today after posting their largest one day Gain in four months yesterday.
Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner reassured Wall Street yesterday saying that the government will do what is necessary to pull the ailing economy out of the current recession. He also hinted that help for troubled or bad assets may come soon.
