Alert to Lock:
Continued volatile sideways trading in Mortgage Backed Securities.
Dow fell to a six-year low yesterday. Consumer Price Index rose 0.3% in January, meeting expectations. The Core CPI, which excludes food and energy, also came in near expectations.
