Carefully Floating,
FED Day today at 2:15 ET, It is anticipated that the fed will cut the Fed Funds rate in half. It currently stands at 1.0%.
Tame Inflation numbers and Dismal Housing numbers should be good for interest rates.
Everything is pretty quiet ahead of the FED anouncement this afternoon.
