Cautiously Floating: Stocks rally after Monday's sell off, Mortgage Backed Securities off earlier lows but still in the red. Oil at $48.66/barrel down 56 cents. Gas prices have now dropped 77 consecutive days to bring the average price for a regular gallon of gas across the US to $1.82. The Dow lost 7.7% yesterday wiping out last week’s gains.
