Letter of recomendation

To whom it may concern:
One year ago I was trying to purchase a second home. To do so I needed to get the down payment from my primary home and a second mortgage seemed to be the best way to do it. When making such large investments I always check out all my options. This time was no different. I contacted about seven mortgage lenders in the area and a few of the options on line. In the end there were a couple of rates that matched each other in giving me the best financial deal. Gary Dickson's was one of them. Out of the options with the best deals, I went with Gary because:
I know him to be an honest person. He went out of his way to make sure the things needing to be done got done on time. He gave me a full explanation of the fine print I was signing.
I've taken out a few mortgages but Gary was the only one to point out some of the watch outs. For example: Gary told me to "Be aware, this loan doesn't allow you to finance someone else in an owner finance sell." I really appreciated information like that because shortly there after that option crossed my mind and Gary's full disclosure saved me time and disappointment, if not cost.
I have also gone to Gary on other occasions when he was up front that another deal I found was a better option. He didn't try to push me into something else that would not have been as good an option for me and my family.
It might be important to note that for me the lending company Gary worked for at the time was not a factor in my choosing Gary to put together my loan. It was only Gary as a person who
