Alert To Lock:
With Mortgage Backed Securities up this morning we are still advising our customers to lock. All markets continue to trade very erratically. The Labor Department reported today that job creation for February came in nearly in line with estimates, while the Unemployment Rate dropped for a third consecutive month. Crude oil continues to climb higher. Crude Oil is up today again @ $103.34 per barrel.
