Alert to Lock:
Mortgage Backed Securities are trading lower today for the fifth day in a row sending Mortgage Interest Rates higher. News that the water supply in Japan has become contaminated by radiation has sparked some significant sideways trading in all markets. Stocks have turned positive after being negative earlier in the session. Also troubling US Financial Markets is the renewed concerns over the debt problems in Europe, Ireland and Portugal.
