Mortgage Backed Securities have been holding gains so far today from last week. Not much market reaction to Obama's announcement of the 20123.7 Trillion dollar budget and budget deficit. Stocks open slightly lower with no clear catalyst to move either the Stock or Bond markets today. Crude Oil at $85.29per barrel down 26 cents. No economic reports due for release today.
