Rate Watch 1-21-2011

Cautiously Floating:
Mortgage Backed Securities have traded in a crazy sideways fashion so far today. Crude oil finished the day at $89.40 per barrel. The Fed members begin their scheduled 2-day Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) meeting on Tuesday with the policy statement to be released at 2:15pm ET on Wednesday January 26.
